Doesn’t look like anything special, but this is the best smoothie soupie bowl I’ve ever made. I always get the chills after a smoothie, I know I’m pathetic, but even on a warm day like today! So here’s what I did, blended 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 vanilla silk soy milk, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey,   1 cup spinach, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. You can add stevia if you’d like to sweeten it. After blending I poured into a bowl and microwaved 1-2 mins until warm.
